Dieta při RS

  • Živočišné a nasycené tuky v omezeném množství, lépe vůbec
  • Z mléčných výrobků pouze kozí či ovčí mléko, případně nízkotučné jogurty
  • Vynechat rafinované uhlohydráty (bílý chléb, bílá rýže, koláče, sušenky)
  • Nesladit
  • Naopak používat oleje, které dodávají nutnou kyselinu linolovou
  • Pokud je zjištěna alergie na lepek, je nutno dodržovat bezlepkovou dietu
  • Vhodné jsou ryby, tak 3 x týdně
  • Často se doporučuje jíst tmavou zeleninu, zeleninové saláty a luštěniny
  • Dobré jsou ořechy,semínka a lněné semínka, zejména jejich olej
  • Maso v omezeném množství a jen libové
  • Pít alkohol ve výjimečných případech a v malém množství
  • Nekouřit !
